Try this tasty summer dessert!

Indiana Creamy Peach Pie Recipe

1-1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 c. sugar
2-1/2 Tbls. all purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 teas. salt
1 teas. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 400. Combine flour and salt then cut in butter and press into 9" pie plate. Put peaches into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside. In another bowl combine remaining sugar, flour, egg, salt and vanilla. Fold in sour cream then stir mixture into peaches. Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes more. Prepare topping by combining all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly on top and bake 10 minutes at 400. Enjoy!
